These are four of the hottest grants that are closing in the coming weeks. These grants are gaining significant interest across our network, so make sure you’re putting your best foot forward if you’re looking to apply for one of these programs. We have a range of grant writing tips to help you submit a top notch application, check them out.

If you haven’t already looked into these grants and considered applying, now is the time to do so. Be Connected Grants - Capacity Building

Be Connected is an Australian Government initiative aimed at increasing the confidence, skills and online safety of older Australians in using digital technology. The program adopts a ‘train the trainer’ model and any large-scale community organisations who have the ability to provide face-to-face training to organisations within their community/ network/ organisation are invited to apply. Grants up to $50,000 are available, with applications closing 3 May 2019.

Giving4Grassroots - Sport4Everyone

Sport4Everyone funds initiatives that help increase participation in grassroots and community sport across Australia. The program offers grants up to $10,000 to community-based organisations, schools and clubs.

Focus groups for 2019 include, but are not limited to: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people; Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) people; Elderly people; Economically Disadvantaged people; LGBTIQ+ community; People with disabilities; People living remotely. Applications close 24 April 2019.

Tomorrow Fund

AMP Foundation’s Tomorrow Fund is exceptionally popular, every single year. If you’re an individual with a great idea, then this is the grant program for you.

The Tomorrow Fund gives amazing Australians doing great things the chance to share in $1 million in grants. Individuals of all ages, walks of life, interests and abilities who are working towards a goal that will have a positive impact on the community can apply. Grants from $5,000 to $100,000 per individual are available. Applications close 27 May 2019, so there is plenty of time to prepare your application.

Macpac Fund for Good

With four funding rounds of offer in 2019, Macpac’s Fund for Good offers a great opportunity for those committed to creating long-term change for the good of people and the planet in Australia and New Zealand.

Grants from $2,000 to $10,000 are available for groups working in any of the following areas: Adventure-Based Social Development; Environmental Projects; Ethical Manufacturing. The next round closes on 30 April 2019.
